Chinese healing method

This morning…my aunt was using some Chinese method on me where you usually take a spoon or some wooden thing and you scratch different parts of the body, and if it hurts, you scratch it more so it reveals all the bad stuff from underneath. It’s supposed to speed up the healing because your body will try to heal the wounds created by the scratches as well as the rest of the parts that you were already hurting in. The places where I need the most healing started having bruises and turned uber red. It’s a bit hard to explain..it’s not like cut scratches, but it felt like someone was rubbing my bones really hard (they did it on my shoulder blades), and even with the oil it hurt. X_X Now it looks like someone beat me/burned me really hard in the back! I’m going to look so great when I go swimming tomorrow in Malaysia! haha I will never completely understand who comes up with such random and strange methods but it works apparently.

I told myself I’m going to try to lose weight this break, but with all the delicious food they keep putting in front of me…its quite impossible >< I’ll start taking more pictures as the days go by =P
